Fine Gael Women’s Network

The Fine Gael Women’s Network exists to advance gender equality, the election of more women to public office, and to engage Fine Gael women to participate actively and fully in our Party, now and into the future. As a network, we are committed to creating inclusive spaces to inform, empower and support women into leadership roles.

We are passionate about helping women to realise their ambition as future leaders and champions for equality. To support this we host specialised learning and mentoring programmes.

Just over a year out from Local Elections 2024, we are delighted to bring to our aspirant candidates a dedicated mentorship programme. The Aspirant Candidate mentorship program seeks to build confident and successful candidates to contest local elections in 2024. The programme will run over 7 months with a mixed delivery of group and peer-to-peer sessions, along with practice-focused sessions.

Additionally, we will bring to our female members our bespoke women in leadership mentoring programme that seeks to empower our women to be confident and successful leaders.
